Fixing a widescreen bug in PCSX-R?

So, hi. I've been lurking for a while now but never bothered to post. I could use some guidance, though.

I was just wondering if it's possible to fix this 'bug' caused by the PCSX-Reloaded widescreen hack, I'm not familiar with the inner workings of the game and don't know how to approach this problem.

Any help would be appreciated.
