Title: quick question on stat caps
Post by: Lockeadon on September 25, 2016, 04:37:17 am
are the stat caps in this hard or soft? for example, if you raise reis as a holy dragon 1-99 and then change her to a wizard after she becomes a human character, she should have an effective ma of 99 in that class according to the level simulator. will equipment boosts have any affect at that point, or is that as strong as her magic can get?

The stats gained from Holy Dragon are a completely separate class and have no bearing on what she'll be as a human.  When she transforms to human, the game just replaces the unit.  The new unit (human Reis) is assumed to have leveled up entirely in the base class (Dragoner) when you get it.

However the game does cap MA.  So if you degenerator exploit your way to 99 MA, equipping a Wizard robe will do nothing for your MA.

This reminds me, I want to change the minimum/maximum values of some stats.  Here's the page where I'll put everything I find on them:
