dont know who it is but it looks pretty cool, but i think the shading looks kinda dark in comparison to his hair color

Are you trying to make his hair white? You really need to be taking your colors from other sprites to start off to get good tones and shading.

i actually did look for the hair colors but im trying to do a black wait fade since that is what my hair does right now

and i hope im related to cloud

Cool.  I like the sprite, the draw is also good, but the right hand needs to be bigger for perspective and... humans have 4 fingers, not 3. xD

I didn't noticed the hand perspective thanks for pointing that out, and in my sketches of this style I prefer 3 fingers over 4 to keep the hand from looking fucked up(maybe I should work on that for the future).

the hair jumps from black to white no blending or anything, is it supposed to be that way? the white is pretty bright XD

The reason for the lack of blending is laziness, I didn't feel like changing the palette to accommodate another shade.

I got an orthopedic thingamabob that should allow me to fix the hair problem (to make Zozma happy) and don't suggest falling off a bridge I'm at a low point right now and would do just that. (but all the bridges here have suicide fences on the bridges)
