Ok, I have seen a lot of new special caracters trought out this forums, even thought I didn't see any guide on how to make one, of course I'm not speeking of sprite making, creating a new personnage in the story, with a name and with it's own class and skill, just like Ramza. Anyone could help me.

Download FFTPatcher from the Download links on the main page and get an ISO of FFT PSX and see what you can figure out. That will get you started and answer many of your own questions. Other than that ask all your questions in the "Help!" section.
