Modify the game to make it so your EXP/JP intake is half?

Like for example, I were to gain 30 EXP from an attack, if I modified the game this way, I would gain 15 instead of 30.

Mostly to make v1.3 harder than it already is. :O

Yes but not with the patcher you would have to ASM hack it.

And thinking of it that would make the game easier as if you had gained jp up equipped so the idea doesn't really make a lot of sense.
