Final Fantasy Hacktics

Hello.
I would like to know if there is a patch to make all jobs (with the exception of jobs that make use of a special resource) now need MP to cast a skill. May anybody help me?

If possible, I would like you to indicate a patch, or patches, mainly for the psx, which presents a rework/rebalance and that the AI is not stupid, but also that it is not nearly invincible , especially in random battles, nor excessive grinding .
