PSX FFT Hacking / FF 10 T - Japanese Mod Hack

Hey guys. I came across this guy's YouTube channel a while ago and he's been playing through a hack that replaces the entire game with FF10's storyline.

Does anyone here know anything about this? How to get our hands on it? Would be great to tinker with and possibly translate.
