It is 100% my favorite part of the game, but the real buzz kill is that it's at the end of the game when there's no story left. I would like to have access to it like right after the 3rd chapter starts. Is there anyway to do this at all?

With event editing you could. Not sure if this is possible on the PSP version yet though.
