I prefer to have a base; plus I want to see if it has a different attack animation from the rw one.
I would settle for the TA one, but those sprites are no more easily available than the A2 ones.

Regarding your new palettes for Ch. 2 and 3 Ramza, I like the first and third on the first image you posted and the first, fourth, and fifth on the second image you posted. I just wanted to point out that the rust-colored armor is phenomenal--I don't know if the color combo you have is working, but I'd love to see someone wearing rusted armor if you ever choose to do another palette.

This doesn't function well enough as a base?

FFTA, I believe, it's part of the Jap shitty sprite pack. I have the whole sprite file assembled, if you'd like it.

Hmm, I like it as a standalone, but does it really fit Chapter 2 Ramza very well? Of course I'm not sure what you're planning to do with him over all, but I feel for normal Chapter 2 Ramza, the armor's too flashy for a man trying to blend in.

I'm going to implement the job evolution for him I've mentioned in the past.
Fencer -> Defender -> Riskbreaker
I never liked the original palette because it looked mismatched.
That in and of itself fits with a mercenary idea, but the execution was just ugly to me.

I uploaded another beta of the New Ramza 2. Look above. ^

I decided to give him a bit more color by changing the blue on the wrists and ankles to brown.
I think it looks better, but what about you guys.

I think both looks good too ^^
Don't know why but I kinda like the previous version; maybe because of the blue blends in overall, but anyway, this is nice too ^^

Updated the png above to v1.0 & added v1.1 for comparison.

I think they look perfect but what's the difference between these two?

The second one has an extra shade of blue to give the pans a bit more detail.

Oh...i see. Hmm....I think the second might be better cause with that extra blue, it acts as highlights ^^
That's my opinion of course. Whichever you think its the best, then go for it cause I think both looks just fine; with or without that extra blue shade ^^
