Actually, with SMF, I think it loads all the images in spoilers regardless so all that would cause is people that are interested in what's in this thread having to click a whole bunch of times. Considering what the thread is, if you don't want to see the images, don't look at the thread. If you're worried about load time, spoilers won't help.

...or you could just put all the photos into one spoiler for each post. Clicking on five separate spoilers from five separate post doesn't constitute "a whole bunch of times".
