Adding WotL items to shop with FFTPatcher?

When I set an item to appear in shops at the start of chapter 1, the game freezes when I try to view the store inventory. Is it because I am adding the "new" items from Melee/Rendezvous? Is there a way to simply add the items to my inventory without forcing them onto my party members through LIOS?

Those items are not part of the regular inventory in any way, and the Patcher can barely touch them. It certainly can't distribute them in game in any way.

Is there any cwcheat code for adding them and all other items? The codes I've seen only add expendable items.

Maybe? But we don't really work with cheats here so I have no idea.
