This time i'm asking, can be add a new creature and/or jobs to Final Fantasy Tactics PSX
(like extract from FFT War of Lions)
AND PLEASE... let me know how (I'm new at this)!

Nope. Can only replace existing jobs and sprites.
If you're interested in seeing the PSP content ported to PSX, I suggest looking at FFT The Lion War ( http://ffhacktics.com/smf/index.php?topic=10179.0 ), which has not been released yet sadly.
Otherwise, no you cannot add anything to the game; only replace what's currently existing. To do so, you can use FFTPatcher and Shishi ( http://ffhacktics.com/downloads.php ) and various other editors.
