Cast reraise on dead?

Trying to cast reraise on dead. Tried to make the reraise stack on dead, and make dead status not cancle reraise but for some reason it gives me 0% chance to cast reraise on dead.. Any ideas?

The Dead status has hardcoding and isn't so easy to mess with.
