No. Too difficult to accomplish on the PSX version at the moment.
I'm preparing all the duplicate jobs for use by hackers so they can be implemented fairly easily as Special units, though.

well maybe you can replace some jobs like the calculator and the mime in order to add rhose jobs i mean just have the better jobs if you cant have it all

That will be left to others who will use this as a base hack.
BTW, Mime isn't really usable as is because it can't be equipped properly.
All preloaded equipment is deleted from your inventory at the end of a battle and no more can be given in the menu.
It is possible to 'fix' Mimes, but would require some hefty ASM hacking.
This includes re-pointing RAM addresses so that Mimes can use either the Dancer or Bard's RAM addresses.
And then the Dancer or Bard would have to be re-pointed to use the other's addresses.
The point being that it would be difficult and time consuming.
