Maybe a pallete change for Agrias, she still looks a bit like Ovelia.

Obviously it doesn't look exactly like Agrias (thanks to that brilliant new hairstyle), but I suggest using Agrias's blue shades for the cape/shawl thing. New hairstyle, skin, and palette will get the job done, so good luck man.

well the only thing is, i think something that says AGRIAS is lost when you change her frontal hair...

I was thinking more along the lines of this...

the only thing i think is really off is the front

without the Agrias body, its not much like agrias...

im referring to the agrias redone head..

Yeah, hard to notice. if you look it just a glimpse, no difference but if you look at it closer, you'll notice her front hair changed to Agrias's.
If changing her back hair too? Will it work?

its not even really so necessary to use ovelia's dress, i could simply use a white version of agrias knight uniform but would like a more "made up" portrait, like some pearls in her hair or something

I will do palette later, no worries I wanted to do it from begining but I wanted to show my idea. IMO Agrias Redone head looks good, very princess-like as LD said, and everyone will see portrait on wich there will be Agrias face, and as storyline progres, gamers will know that Agrias is now a princess. I really think there is no problem with this head.

I don't know if this is appropriate, but i kinda redid your lede in honor of the redid agrias sprite. same concept.

This is my first attempt at changing a sprite. i tested it fully

EDIT: Fixed the singing frame...but does it matter since shes a girl?

It would matter if she had the "steal heart" skill

also the portrait, the long hair should fall behind her shoulder as it somehow looks odd going straint down like that since its coming from the back of her head as is

Hmm..i forgot about steal heart....but i dont know..ive never messed with portraits beyond color...i guess it wouldnt be too hard.

hehehe i remember when i did this, i would submit it but i didnt do much and i dont know if mike is around anymore or if he would let me since he never submitted it
