Once you have the data just for the new "a", I would recommend just finding it in the other files...

I'm a little bit confused...I have modified font.bin, compared it with an old one. And now how am I supposed to know where is this "new a" in world.bin and battle.bin? I'm using Tiny hex editor.

SEarch for the bit sequence for "a" in FONT.BIN and compare it to what's in WORLD.BIN.  Any match will be what you want.  Then apply your changes in hex to FONT.BIN to WORLD.BIN.
