I would make Bolmna and Blansch early 50s. Cid and Balbanes were kind of the old regime and these two are kind of the slightly fresher next generation. An I think it is mentioned somewhere that Cid and Balbanes are both about 60. The ones that were more in charge right at the end of the 50 year war.

I do think they work out quite nicely. it would look odd to leave them without last names in the character bios so i very much appreciate it.

Edit: Okay so for Blansch and Bolmna's last names...

LD made an interesting point that at that time (chpater 3 start event) the 3 other characters with known first names where going by their last names here. So we are going to assume that Blansch and Bolmna could be last names.

any GOOD first name ideas? XD

If those were/are/are going to be last names I had some thoughts for first names.

Googling 'Bolmna' eventually found me on an census form for somewhere in Ireland so I thought maybe an Irish name. I sifted through all the normal sounding ones and thought maybe one of these would be good.

Ciaran
Oisin
Killian

As for Blansch I couldn't help but think of 'Blanche' which has both German and French roots. After looking at some german names I decided to skip it because I couldn't stop laughing at the combination of names and their meanings. So here're some french ones.

Armand
Aleron
Dartagnan

..and of course going to one of my other suggestions from Chat, we already have a Vicks so how about naming one of them Wedge? And as a throwback to the fair game in Chrono Trigger name the other Pierre. Specifically, Wedge Bolmna and Pierre Blansch.

XD theres already a Vicks in the game which was apparently a mistranslation from Biggs. so thats your biggs right there.

as far as wedge, probably a generic at most

At least change Vicks to Biggs then and maybe add Wedge to that first battle unless he is already there.
