Sprite/Job differences

Example: I wanted to make a new unit as a boss.

Sprite: Male Knight
Job: Templar

How would I do this? Like in 1.3 there's a Dragonkin with a Dragoon sprite.

Plus it needs to have the Templar JOB, not just the skillset...
