To all FFT members,

Due to the area I'm living, I'm unable to view images/attachments that are uploaded to imageshack, I would like to request to all members, kindly upload all the images/attachments to photobucket or other image hosting sites, especially on Spriting Section. So, to all members, spriters especially, hopefully you guys are able to help me out a little bit. Your cooperations are very much appreciated.

Hacking/Patching Tools / Can we make new skills/spells effect?

Hi....I always wonder if there's any way to make new skills/spells effects?
Also, how can I know which effect bin file is for which skill? Like E79 is Clops, I think.
And how to view the skills in image?

Sorry for noob questions as I'm not really into hacking or any of this stuff.

Spriting / Monster sprite frames crack

Hi guys, I've look at monster sprites for awhile now and just wondering if want to make a new monster sprite, how do we crack the frames that are used for its attacks, skills, and etc?

Here's what I've got so far...

Coeurl/Cougar as example:


So, as you can see from the above, scratch and poison nail used the same frames. So, if we were to create a new monster sprite, is there a way to crack this, like let's say example, make it use different frames for the poison nail skill, frames that we custom-made, extra frames that we extend at the bottom? Is this have something to do with hex editing?

Help! / Question about Latest Shishi.

Hi guys, I have a question regarding the latest Shishi and its about the type of the sprite. In previous Shishi, the types of the sprites are separated like so:



Now, with the latest Shishi, the types of the sprites can be altered like so:



Alright, here's my question. Does this mean that if I select Ramza, which is type 1 and alter it into type 2 and import/insert a type 2 spr. file or spritesheet, Ramza will become type 2?

Hi ^^
I've decided to pick up this sprite request (Kaze, FFU)

I try edit sunglasses but it looks ugly and weird =.=
I can't seem to make it look right =.=
Need some help on the glasses.
And I changed his hair color. What do you think of this color?
Oh, and that blue thingy on his face is the mark on his nose.

EDIT: Head and the hair clip/band/something


Is the head still too front?
Honestly, the only that looks kinda nice for the glasses is the side-view
