Don't want to burst bubbles, but there is a pokemon tactics game coming out this summer (maybe this month, I forget) called pokemon conquest.

On the otherhand, might provide exciting ideas instead of crushing dreams.

The twitter page has a link to a trollface and a link to the wonderbook trailer. Hoax it is. Very sad :( why would they do that to us?

Perhaps turn undead should reduce brave significantly? That way magic will still do good damage, and a sufficient turn undead will do what its supposed to... make them run away (chicken)

Paladins smite evil could be a holy attack, which would deal extra damage to anything markes as weak:holy.

Monks's flurry of blows should really just be a renamed repeating fist... if you're using 3.5 rules flurry gives extra attacks (translated to damage) at lower accuracy.

Ranger should be able to dual wield and use longbows

Otherwise looks good to me.

On second thought chicken costume is pretty funny.

since files can't take up the exact same physical space on the disc, they have to be in a certain order, right? perhaps the game knows exactly where each file is supposed to start and just looks for that position on the disc instead of a filename?

Thought this was interesting. While showing a clip of FFT in the second part (which went up today) i noticed something odd... there was a white chocobo. After pausing, i realized there was also a tonberry. Someone was playing a hacked version of FFT for the bullshitter's guide to final fantasy on gamestop.

Almost like the colors of the rainbow (Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Indigo, Violet)....

I thought they took indigo out of the rainbow, like demoting pluto to a trans-neptunian object?

As far as I know, we are currently limited to color changes and removing pieces from effects, we can't do anything with sound, adding effects, or creating new effects, because no one has figured out the coding for the animations

i was under the impression that the point of that hack was so you could have more than 4 enemy sprites in a battle, knowing that you'd have to limit the number of ally spites, since the hardware/emulator limitation is 9

Using shishis nullifies the need to put the sprite in the battle folder with cdmage, and shishsis modifies the iso immediately upon selecting a new sprite
