Screen Recorder?

Anybody know a good screen recorder? Better yet, anybody using HyperCam? I have Fraps and its working fine but I need another one since this game I want to record wont let Fraps detect it. Even on FS mode (FullScreen)

Camstasia wont work either since I keep getting this blinking shit over and over again.

So yea, maybe Hypercam would work but how you guys set it up? Like what codec you use etc etc etc Frame per seconds and all that other bs.
