Not unless you want all those jobs unlocked from the get-go, unless you use Joker codes, to unlock them when certain things occur. Even then though they will be unlocked with all skills. Also they can't be set as a secondary, if memory serves right.

you can make two seperate job wheels by making bard/dancer require level 1 squire and then all subsequent jobs require bard or dancer, pending gender.  It results into something tactics-ogre like.  

But barring that, no.

Joker codes are codes (Gameshark) that only activate upon the press of a specific button, or a combination of buttons.

But from how LD speaks, it seems that it can also activate depending on the value of a variable.

Anything is possible as long as it is within the hardware's limits. (ie. disc space, RAM, Video RAM, processor, etc.)
