Any way to turn my .img into a .iso?

I only have a .img of the PSX version, but CDMage only works fully with ISOs.

I'm sure there's an easier way, but!

burn the img as a CD, then re-rip it as an iso.
Just another rebel plotting rebellion.

Do I need a special program for that?

Could I have the name of one such program? If I get the wrong one I'll probably mess it up.

That's what backups are for... and google.
But I suggest you start with Magic ISO.

K. Thanks. I'll check it out later.

I have only found one program which correctly converted my IMG file to ISO preserving the EXACT same file size and playability, and it is UltraISO. All other programs (AnytoISO, MagicISO, etc.) failed miserably creating a very smaller file (100 meg short) that crashed to black screen in any emulator. So if you are reading this looking for advice on conversion, use UltraISO and when its done check that the IMG file (without the CCD and SUB files) is the same size as your ISO file. If it's not, you probably failed to create something playable.
