Is there any other legitimate way to get one besides stealing one from Rofel in the Hall of St. Murond Temple battle? I figured there would be one in the Deep Dungeon somewhere I just wanted to know before I spent like 20 hours on my save file lol

You can get 2 without cheating.
One from Rofel and one as a move-find in the DD :-)
