Eh, after 5 days and several emulators and images I gave up and deleted the patch, thanks anyways.

If i am able to here, I'll give you a copy of my patch so you can look through it and see if maybe you can find something I missed. Tried 3 more images from 3 different sources. Same thing happens.

Took a fresh image and patched using my fftpatcher patch only. no ASMs or tactext. And it still happens. Seems ASMs are not the issue. Thought maybe my image was just bad so i played the fresh unpatched and unedited version and it doesn't happen. Semms to be a fftpatcher thing.

I'm stumped as to why Ch1 Ramza is a crystal in cut scenes and starts all battles as a crystal. Attached is a pic of his Ch1 job settings and the first ENTD you see him in (Military Academy).

The only ASMs ive used are from OrgASM and they are: No Spillover JP, Punch Art Formulas use Naked PA, Units start with 0 MP, Regain 10% of Max MP after each turn, No Zodiac Compatibility, Random unit gear based on story progression, JP scroll glitch fix v1.2, No monster breeding, Cannot recruit any soldier from Soldier Office, Weapon Guard innate all, Global C-Ev, Selling item at 1/4 Price.

Any ideas?

Tried everything on this Topic including using Tactext Ver 457. Now its telling me "Object reference not set to an instance of an object." Got past the BOOT.BIN 5 and BOOT.BIN 7 problems only to run into this. All I have deleted has been Japanese text and I have double checked for anything that I could see as "Not referencing" something else. No idea anymore. Sry to necro a post but I am at a brick wall here...

Theres Skillset X Innate all, but it seems that if I were to put that in then monsters would be using Item too. Any way to have just human characters using them?

Is there any way to force Item as the secondary skillset for all characters in the game? (including your own, without the ability to change it) I've done some searching and I cant find an answer to this. Help would be appreciated! :D

Is it possible to make more than 1 job use items? I've changed the Mediator job to be another item user and changed the Action Menu for Talk Skill to Item Inventory. What I am seeing is that the skill set is greyed out during battle (even though my tester knows the abilities) and it says that none of the abilities are available. Is it possible to make another jobs skill set come from item inventory? Thanks!

Odd because I didn't add or remove any units to/from this battle. Still has the same number as default. I guess I can remove one though if that will help.

I haven't been able to find any info on this issue, but in the Fort Zeakden battle Delita is visually bugged. I have not edited him at all in any battle in ENTD, I have tried using different classes including his default and still the same visual bug. You can't see in the SS but his portrait is a female black mage for some reason and the SS shows what he looks like all the time here. He does not look like this anywhere else in the game, just here.

Thanks for the tip Toshiko! Yeah I was thinking I'd have to do something other then edit her sprite itself. Hadn't had that idea yet though. Good news is FF1 doesn't have as many jobs as FFT so I've gained a few sprites to mess with :P

Hmmm... thats quite weird... So it will work if i set it to MON? If so then my patch is in luck!

The sprites are going to be for the Lucavi. I'm changing the first 4 to the elemental guardians then Hash will be Garland and Altima will be 2 forms of chaos.

TYPE1 and TYPE2 produce the same results as picture 1. MON crashes the editor for some reason. I've mixed and matched the SHP and SEQ types but it always turns out like one of the four screens shots im posting. Also tried setting flags in many different combinations but that doesn't change the frames at all.
