Spell Chants on PSP?

Is there any way to turn spell quotes on in the PSP version of the game? or use FFTtext to get people to say the quotes?

Also...is this the right board for this?

I could've sworn I had seen them somewhere in FFTacText Editor, but upon searching for the last half hour, I cannot find them at all. Makes me feel like I'm going crazy.

I'm thinking that if it wasn't there that I saw it, I probably saw people here talking about it. If that's the case, hopefully somebody comes along and addresses your questions more suitably. I'm rather curious about it too... ^^

I dont think youve gone insane(yet) ive seen them to...

Problem is, even if you have the qoute box checked in teh psp fftpatcher, nothign will appear. it seems square-enix decided to kill em off... you could put them back, but that would take some heavy ASM hacking... my guess is they removed them to make room for the more text, like the additional story battles, items, multiplayer texts in teh tavern...
