New FFT spinoff

Hey, My name is Richard, I have been visiting your community for little over a year, but only recently joined.

I am hoping to create a spinoff of FFT that focuses on my favorite "Villain" Wiegraf.

I want to create a Patch of what would have happened if Wiegraf killed Ramza and Delita at the windmill.

I saw some previews for Mercenaries, and was wondering what programs were used to edit it like that.

So if you can link me some or maybe propose some Ideas, I'd greatly appreciate it.
