Sega Genesis Starflight

I was wondering if anyone had a lead on a patcher much like the one made for FFT, only for the game Starflight made for the Sega Genesis.

I know this is a shot in the dark, but I hope someone out there in the community has heard of OR even made an easy to use program that does even close to what the FFTpatcher does.

I love this game tremendously, and wish I even had half the talent to make a program that would work for Starflight.
