Male Warlock / Scholar Sprite

Seushiro made a thin sprite of Rudvich and he posted it here: http://ffhacktics.com/smf/index.php?topic=3539.580

The Seushiro sprite has an arm movement problem. I fixed it.
I think that the body of the sprite has a lot of potential working as a wizard, so I tried to design the head and this is my result.
I'm not a spriter and I think that the back view of the hair could be improved. Now the sprite also needs a portrait!

This is my try of make a portrait. Any tip or help to improve it? I have used Kent custom sprite as a base.
