Using Lion Editor with PPSSPP on just an Android

Hi I'm new to ffhackics.com and I just started playing wotl on PPSSPP and have been looking for a method to use lion editor without a computer since I can't afford one. So I have come across a couple ways but don't know hot to open lion editor on my phone.

It can't be done. Lion Editor is a PC application. You require a computer.
