Use of ePSXe before 2.0 is highly discouraged. Mednafen, RetroArch, and Duckstation are recommended for playing/testing, pSX is recommended for debugging.

Still thank you to Toshiko who's always there to help others on this thread! :D
So I dont have any more problems with Lion Editor because all I had to do was move the Lioneditor.bin file to my desktop then I was good to go so I have been playing around with my stats and patches so yea im good to go! :D
