You're using in on a PSXfin, right? With an extended ISO?

Yup. I'll print screenshots. Wait a sec..

EDIT: Alright. Here's how I open...
Open Psxfin Emu
Insert ISO
Extended ISO
Loaded
Load savestate
Loaded again
Open one of my save files
Is this correct?

What do you mean by "take straight there"? But I just load Extended ISO and haven't load the savestate yet...
If I just load the savestate without loading the ISO first, it'll crash saying "Unhandled exception crash"...

You load the iso, then the savestate.

Meaning what I did above is correct? Hmm...
Also, once I load the savestate, just continue? I don't think its new game right? Neither tutorial too right?

savestate is one of the F# buttons on top (or from file menu). Different from save file.

Here's what I did:

0.) Extended the ISO using ShiShi.
1.) Download the .psv file
2.) Download PSXfin
**Then, copy the BIOS file to PSXfin > bios
3.) Placed the .psv file into: PSXfin > saves
4.) Open PSXfin
5.) File >Insert CD image
6.) Loaded my ISO (which was extended)
7.) Then,
8.) File > Load state > Monster Battle Demo.psv
9.) Done.

Haha. So sorry for all the trouble I'd caused. I can't open savestate because the savestate is in the save folder. So, when I load that, it just load to the title screen. Now, I loaded the savestate from another folder, it works. Thanks again everyone ^^

I make what you say MIke MITchi and works, but I discovery  it's possible extend a iso using
the extend iso patch(located in this site download section).

Just associate the iso or bin (you already have associate with other ppf) with the extend iso ppf.

I know this cause the Call of Power(kokojo project) did'nt extend using the shishi spirite editor...

Yes, that's possible.
I'm into sprite editing so I downloaded ShiShi instead. 3 in 1. :P
Note that you have to download the latest ShiShi. (from .457? fftpatcher)

Latest Shishi will expand the ISO for you. Previous Shishi doesn't which is why previously, we need to use PPF O-Matic to patch the original ISO with the Extend ISO Patch.

Now I'm editing spirites but I want known how I create new spirites.
My Shishi is the Last pacht, 457 like MIke Mitch says.

Well, first of all, sprites and portraits are in 16 colours only, I think you know that. Try take a look around spriting section and you'll get it.
As for PSXFIN memory card, just use ePSXe's memory card save.
