Final Fantasy Hacktics

I remember a long while ago I saw a heroes of newerth topic which is basically Dota, Recently I have been Playing League of Legends, its the same as HoN basically (actually i think its much better) but it doesnt cost money to make an account its totally free (although you can buy things with money if you want).
Anyway my username is Jumza (Du'h) and since playing with an arranged team of 5 is awesome i was hoping that people who play (or are intrested) would play with me and my friend (feerio). But for people who play already im only level 17.

Hey FFH, Im having a problem with ability animation,
I made a new job called merchant that replaced samurai that uses abilities similar to the samurais but thy hold up different items, I changed the weapons pallette and graphic so asura knife looked like an empty potion bottle, switched the animation from potion to asura and tested, it worked fine,
I tried the same thing for kotetsu and i found a glitch in both,
now sometimes it doesnt show the character holding up an item it shows them slashing with an invisible sword (or it looks like they are throwing an invisible item)
I didnt change it so i has a range or anything it still jut has aoe that targets the samurai (but doesnt hit it) but it still does that.
Help on how i can fix tthis? (pic below of whats happening)

Now that FFH has a map editor (great work Gomtuu) maybe we should have a page that lets you download maps that people submit (in a zip folder to put the files in or something) like the sprite download section!

STEP1: pick language

I do alot of event editing but im having trouble with making scenes that are more than dialouge changes becuase when i want to make something almost completely new I have all the old event instructions from the event im changing... any tips on how to clear out the clutter

I was testing abilities i made for a new custom char i made and i set them all to Jp cost:0 and chance to learn %100 but when i went into the battle i wanted to test them in he only had the first one learned! how can i make it so he knows all of them?

Skeleton was easily my favourite monster when i first played through the original game. so ive decided to change them a little. in some people's minds it may be bad and in other good but i dont know which change i should do first my bald skeleton or my sorcerer skeleton? here is a picture of my skele work. i also made some crummy portraits but ive never made a portrait like this before so how is it?

I'm having problems with my discriptions and i can't seem to find any problems with it so i was wondering if someone who was good with fftactext could go through it and tell me the problems so i could fix it.

Here are the screenies you wanted thats what happens when you want to see a discription and i was told that i had lotsa text problems and thats why it did that.

Ive been working on a sprite for my friend colin and when i tried doing seushiro's idea to make custom sprite portraits I decided to make a sprite for him from the Kletian and knight mix. i need help converting his portrait to 16 colours and maybe help with editing his spr. the portrait in the current sprite is one from my old file which was wiegraf with a knight that had red armour... the sprite isnt great becuase its a recolour of wiegraf with portrait change maybe some ideas for that to? I chose that portrait i made of him cuz he can get angry really fast.

I decided to recouler some chocobo's cuz i was tired of having to keep the old ones yellow, purple and orange so i decided to make new ones.

I have  Light Purple instead of Yellow

Blue instead of purple

White instead of orange

and i decided to make a 4th pallette for my patch which is Green

here is a spr.  and a png of the dif colors (feet are still in sprite i didnt edit them and i didnt show them) #2 looks purple a little but its actually a shade of blue. should i submit edit colors or what?

EDIT: the png i showed is poor quality but im to lazy to change.

as i sead in chat nightmarish just nightmarish what happend to my necormancer job and his stuff? THE TEXT ITS........AUGH it took me days to write this stuff and its discriptions.....(for people who want to knoe the screen turns blue and the emulator crashes when you look at disriptions)

ive been trying to make a patch into a ppf but i dont know what im doing wrong cuase it doesnt work. at the top when it asks for the output file what do you put there? cuase i put 1.3 in there once and the patches became 1 glitched game

How do you edit the title screen?Am i the only one who wonders about this?im guessing probably not but i wanna know.maybe someone explained it and i missed it or im just and idiot either way i would like to know

THE CDMAGE DESTROYED EVERYTHING! it said error could not open file AND THEN EVERYTHING WAS GONE if anyone knows a program that recovers files PLZ tell me.
EDIT: also if anyone wants to know i refuse to do further hacking without it......... or at least without someone trying to help me get it back.

I need help im too busy with my patch and my necromancer job needs a final dark attack spell so i wanna change bio 3 to darker colours like in demi but im a litlle busy testing so unless someone wants to help test my patch can someone help change the colours on bio 3 and send me the file?plz?

Whenever I tape FFT with hypercam2  and I watch it its always twice as fast as when I taped it . how do I stop that?

I feel kinda dumb having this as my first post but when i changed bard to spellblade it didn't change (and im using the hex editor) I edited battle.bin world.bin and world.lzw. whats my problem?
