Simple question before I can generate the brackets - do we want to use seeds or not?

Seeding would (theoretically) reward people who did well in the previous tournament. Then again, this is a new format/ruleset we're using, so we're all sorta on even footing, in a sense.

Leaving poll open for 2 days. Once it closes, I'll generate the brackets.

if its a single or double elimination tournament some seedings will be necessary unless the number of players is an even power of 2.  In other tournament formats like round robin we should be fine without them.

Zotis

I believe we have 32 teams, so yes it's even.  Anyway, I voted no because I don't really see the point.  Especially since the format is quite different (No JP cap, and no repeated items/abilities).

The Damned

(Yes, Barren said that we managed to get up to 32 teams before the thread was closed, so presumably things are even.)

I'm leaning towards "no" because of the above, but I'll refrain from voting just yet because I just want to point that it might be best to point out what "seeding" actually means with regards to tournaments. I'm vaguely aware of it and I'm sure it's easy enough to look up, but...yeah.
