I was looking to make it so females and males had equivalent PA and MA. Is there anyway to do this currently or no?

I believe it's one of those uber hardcoded things...

Boo hiss.

I was hoping to drop the male PA to female PA and female MA to male PA. This not only tones damage down across the board but also fixes the enemy's frequent poor gender choices all in one step. Oh well.

As far as I know, there is no way to do that with FFTPatcher yet.

However, that can easily be accomplished with FFTastic, which is a save-file editor. Only.. you can only do this to your own team, and NOT the enemies.

Yeah, I know about that, but that doesn't really work for what I'd like to accomplish.

Thanks anyway. =]

I'll try doing a quick search, I already know all values that are used for randomly generating raw stats (hell, I might even find ramza's raw stats).

Anything is possible as long as it is within the hardware's limits. (ie. disc space, RAM, Video RAM, processor, etc.)

THAT would be awesome. If we can change RAW stats, I'll be able to make a pretty clean patch.
I changed jobs and that has made all the difference.

Also, did we ever find out how to change the range of br/fa generated for units?  I wanted to make my patch real simple and stagnate brave at 75, but the baby Chocobo will still have 40-70 brave no matter what I do.  Also, I'd like to clean up the soldier office a bit if possible.

Sorry, I couldn't manage to find anything about raw stats and I'm pretty sure I went through any possible format the stats could've been in a data table. So it's likely those are hardcoded in asm. Kinda sucks hard.

DUnno if it would be hard to change brave/faith.
