Edit patched PSP ISO with FFTPatcher?

So I know you can open a patched PSX iso with FFTPatcher and continue to make changes, but what about opening a patched PSP ISO for WotL? There is a slight alteration that I want to make to one of the classes in a replay I am doing and there is no option to open a patched PSP iso.
