Hi I was wondering, is there a hack available that gives a weapon the formula of the ultima weapon (ATK = HP)?

Hi I am somewhat new to modding FFT on PSX. Using FFTactext, I'm wondering what the {SP} symbol means in the character
bios? And if there are more symbols than this one I would also like to learn about those as well. Thank you in advance.
