I''m lookin at FFT Patcher and there are some classes never used. I just want to know which ones are not in use by the characters of the game.

I think Archwitch and Duke are two of them.  I'm not looking at the list right now, so I'm not sure about others.  I think there was a knight... maybe the luneknights or some name like that.

So for WOTL that would be Witch of the Coven and Duke(x2), right?

I thought Knight was a generic class and Rune Knight was Dycedarg's class.

You may want to try the long and tedious task of looking through the ENTD tab of the patcher battle by battle to see what you can see. ^_^

I could do that... it would take forever though...

I meant I believe it had "knight" in its name, not the actual Knight job.  Perhaps you could find some by looking in 1.3's Deep Dungeon encounters and scratching off the ones that were created for 1.3 and the ones that you know bosses or guests have had.  Special bosses weren't THAT common, so it shouldn't be too hard to check through them, and most of the guests join you and so are easy to remember.

Commoner is used by Tietra/Teta, in Fort Zeakden. No one really notices that though, so it would be perfect if you don't care about it. (:

Also, You can also use "Witch of the Coven", it's what I used for my new original Job/Class. (I believe it was Arcwitch in the PSX version)

Also;

Cardinal
False Saint
Viscount
Grand Duke
Elder
High Confessor
Duke (There's two of those)

Those are all unused.

Also, if you know what you're doing, you can change the blank spots in the Job/Class tab. It's not hard, just change the blank spots using FFTacText.

This is wrong. If you want to change any of the tabs in the FFTPatcher you need to download the "Resources.zip" from one of the topics here.

FFTacText just changes things in-game.

I thought that the 'high confessor' job was used by Zalmour.

That would be Funebris who uses that job. Zalmour's job class is the Celebrant.
