FFT WRLD FACE.bin, Portrait help!!!

Okay, i have loaded the bmp in GraphicsGale, cropped out the Character portrait, however the in the bmp, the unit portrait is discolored, and faded unlike the one which i opened and saved in shishi. Can someone tell me how to get the unit color back to normal?
