For future reference, try to only download ISOs that are already in .rar or .7z format. Then you just unzip the folder, and you can play it immediately. Saves a lot of time.

Just extract it to your Desktop, or wherever you want the ROM to go.

2 in each job is what I did for Newtype, at least. Seems to work fairly well.

OK, I -think- you want to use 7zip to unzip the .7z file. From there, you should have a .bin, .iso, or .img file. From there, go to Arquivo, then Run ISO (or whatever that is in Portuguese), and select the .bin, .iso, or the .img file.

OK, you need to download the ISO, which you saw at emuparadise. Download it, then run the file in pSXfin.

Can you take a screenshot of it?

The BIOS is the file your emulator needs to play the games. I linked you to the Google search for it. Simply search through the results and you'll find it.

Also, I'm not sure what the problem is with your other error.

I suppose that'd be fine. Just removing humans from random battles seems a little unnecessary when you can just set fixed gear. And the Elixir idea isn't too bad either, unless the battle is so hard in which just getting an Elixir would be a ripoff.

Well, it depends. If you want an emulator that's pretty much right out of the box, get pSXfin. If, however, you want better graphics, and want to mess around with graphic plugins and such, get ePSXe. Although it's harder to setup, ePSXe is better because it can fast-forward faster than pSXfin, and can accept more common memory card files.

Here are a few thoughts from a 1.3 newbie.

@1: Ramza is Cadet/Mercenary/Heretic in Newtype and it seems to work fairly well. I think LD gave him the Mercenary job on Mercs. In regards to his skillset, I had come up with a few "Command" skills for Zalbag for Newtype that I had originally created for Ramza. Basically, it was skills that used the Talk Skill formula and affected all allies, and would give them various statii, such as Defend, or PA +1, with a CT/MP Cost. Not sure if that's the flavor you want to go for, but that's my two cents.

@2: Totally agree.

@3: I'm iffy about this. The enemy's superior equipment does make things very, very challenging, but the fact that it's so good actually gives use to Steal and Battle Skill. I know you shouldn't base items around a few skillsets, but I'm just iffy about nerfing the potential of enemy equipment.

@4: Disagree. Random battles with just monsters get terribly old, and this just reduces the need for Thieves even more.

@5: Agreed. That's what I did for Newtype (sorry to keep bringing it up, but a lot of it ties into this), and a few battles I had were rematches against the Lucavi, or battles against T.G. Cid or Wiegraf and the Death Corps.

@6: I also agree with this, but I think there was some issue with monsters having human skillsets or something. I don't recall the exact issue, but I think there was something stopping it from being done.

I am a proud parent and I am pro-choice. My wife and I weighed our options and decided to have our daughter, and the fact that we had the power to make that decision made our choosing to have our daughter so much more special. St. Ajora can suck it, historically speaking, this is the source of more deaths both infant and adult than any other cause.

[Edit] I should add that while I am an atheist, I don't think religion is a bad thing, having faith and hope gets you through the dark times, but using it as a weapon to frighten people into doing things your way is wrong, no matter what religion you subscribe to, I believe strictly in the power of science, but I know lots of people who find a great deal of strength in their faith, and for them I am happy, though I do not agree with the stories of their religion, I know from personal experience that faith in something, whether true or false, is a great power. It can be good or evil, it's all about how you wield the power of your faith. These women are using their faith as a weapon of fear and guilt, no matter where you stand on the abortion issue, it's wrong to do this to people.

We can't give you a direct link to a FFT ISO, but you can Google it.

Basically, a FFT ISO is FFT's data, just not on a disc. Using an emulator, you can play the ISO on your computer as if you were playing it on a Playstation. Also, with the tools we have now, there's no need for you to rely on Gameshark codes. You can just open your ISO in the FFTPatcher, and make the edits there without need of codes.
