New R/S/M Abilities

Hi, guys. I once found a ASM hack to make an empty ability a new support one; it created an ability that increased hitrate of non-100%skills by 25%. I was wondering, are there any other hacks of the same time? used to create new R/S/M abilities? Because I have no idea how to create those kind of abilities O: I've searched for more here but haven't found much.
