Noob Spriting Question :(

So I have a sprite which has 5 different color palettes I want to use the second color(RED) but when I patch it using shishi editor the original color(BLUE) appears pls help me

I suggest switching the 2 palettes around using GIMP or Graphics Gale (or other programs), don't forget to also switch the portrait palettes around (which are a few rows down, but still in the same descending order, though it looks like they might not change at all).
