Hex character digit value associated with UNIT sprite

Hello. I'm looking for the hex character digit value associated with the UNIT sprites 08 and 0B in the FFTEVGRP.
Example: Character modifier hex value "1C" is associated with UNIT 10-0 and WLDFACE 10-0. Since "1C" is Delita's sis and useless, it's ideal for a mod.
