the flags that seem like they should do this in the fftpatcher don't seem to do anything! Please help, thanks!

thanks! i'm planing on replacing those empty slots with new stuff for now i'm not confident enough in my balancing skills to mess with the content already there... i think this way it will be easier to try out different things. thanks 2.0!
