Is there any way to change the image sprites for the iOS version. If anyone knows a way please inform me it would be very helpful. Thanks.

The iOS version really hasn't been touched at all by anyone, as far as I'm aware.

Anything is possible as long as it is within the hardware's limits. (ie. disc space, RAM, Video RAM, processor, etc.)
