I get your point UB, but don't you think that three panther heads will look...Funny? Luiakyn, every help with portrait is VERY appreciated.

Tsk. Here's a detailed tip to fix the portrait (GraphicsGale)

-First, don't place your portrait on the sprite.
-Cut the portrait into another bmp file.
(then, set its color depth to 16 colors. The fist color on the color palette must be the background color. [HSL: 52, 14, 56])
-save the current palette of the portrait. ('save palette' can be found on the palette toolbox)

Now back to the main sprite(bmp) file:
-Set the Color depth the 16 colors.
-Then set it again to 256 colors.
-NOW, load the previously saved portrait's palette and place them on the 9th row like this:


-now, you can paste the portrait back.
-Finally, save it. And we are done. :)


But I think..
there's a faster way to do this,..

I gave him ears(wich look kinda like horns), also his back is bigger

That looks better.  The way the heads connect to the body still seems a little weird, but I'm not sure what you could do about that.  Maybe bring the heads a bit more forward, giving more space for where the supposed necks would be?

Try using bright green or white for the highlight in the hair. Looks good either way; Cerberus, too.

Yes, Balmafula was a base, it was good choice because of arms. Thanks for support, I will make sure to create full sprite.

Great start man, though hair on the forward-facing sprite needs work; so does her face. Work with the shading, and I think you'll have something good in no time.

Yeah only the hair on the front view needs some work. The shading suggests the hair hangs straight down but we know it actually goes behind her shoulder. So put some of the heavier green towards the bottom. a 2 or 3 of rows of pixels on each side should do it. Also, the from the other views it seems like the hair is closer to her head at the top and then flares out a bit as is goes down and then behind her shoulders.

I got another two frames, I just think that last one is really bad, thanks for sugestions, I shaded hair.
