Can someone, please oh please! Make a sprite of the gal at the end of this video? She appears at 2:19 and stays until the end of it.

She's so freakin' awesome... ^_^ I hope it's not too hard either.

You mean Lightening from Final Fantasy XIII. She is pretty awesome.

I don't know who she is or anything... I just came across the video and had a huge urge to want her sprite.

*Looks her up* Oh, yep, that's her then! ^_^ Here's a couple of really good pictures of her to get most of her sprite captured or whatever. You should notice her cape is only on her left side and isn't a full one, like traditional ones. Hopefully the video can cover the rest of the details.







I've already thought of giving her Lightning Stab, Arm Aim, Leg Aim, and a sort of explosion & stop skill of some kind - taken from the video.

haha every time i attempt to make a sprite like zidane from final fantasy 9 I end up makeng something completely different but I can try to make her (I suck at sprites but I need practice)

Not yet. I'm trying to finish my Warrior sprite first. But I have been thinking about how to go about piecing her together from other sprites. I'm thinking her pouch will come from a Chemist, and her cape will be modified from Beowulf/Aliste.

If you want, give me a hand and scope out some sprites that would be useful in making her. If you come up with anything post it here. =)

I'd have to look ... but her head would definitely have to be custom, I'm thinking. I don't expect you to put the sword scabbard though, since no units have that anyways and it's fine.

I'll have to look through the sprites to see what else could work. ^^

sorry not yet ive been busy with all junk at school but i doubt ill do good on the sprite anyway... well ill attempt it but a comple sprite will be a pain seeing the girl doesnt really look like anyone else >_<

Oh! As for the palette, I was thinking a maroon gradient for her hair, pouch, and cape. Then a white one for her coat, and dark blue for the rest. Sound good?

Well, if you can fit dark violet (for the boots mostly) into it too, it'd be perfect. I know you only have 16 colors to play with so I won't be upset if you can't. ^^ Otherwise it sounds perfect.

Torso - Modified from Female Thief
Boots - Female Squire or Female Archer
Gloves - Female Dancer

You got the thighs and cape covered too, so ... hope that helps. That's what I thought fit best anyways. ^^

That's a terrible character design but it will probably come out well as a little sprite.
