How to Change battle formation sprite

I changed ramzas sprite and when ramza kneels before princess he disappears and when I'm choosing which player to use ramaza is his normal sprite? How do I fix this? Cause I wanna make the rest into different sprites but don't want there normal sprites or glitchy? I would add pics but don't know how to on this lol but ya he glitchy throughout but not in battle

They're custom sprites. Either remove them all, redraw them all, or just leave them as is. Most people choose the last option.

Thank you on that one but how do I make it where its not the chapter one ramza but custom one in battle formation, it just shows non custom one...... This my first time modding a game with out game shark lol

I'm sure there is a ton more information if you do some searches. What xif is saying, is there are multiple custom ramza sprites (for each chapter), besides the main sprite. You changed the main sprite, now you would have to change the other custom chapter 1 sprites too, or remove them from the events. I'm not sure where the battle sprite is located, but if you follow the link Xif posted below it shows you the location and chapter of all the custom EVTCHR sprites.
