Is it possible to increase the number of recruits we have? I would like to put the limit at least 30 because I can not replace some characters in the story, like Algus, Mustadio, etc ... So I would like to add characters in random phases with the option to join me after the battle.

Not really. You can overwrite the guest slots to use those 4, but itll be buggy. That will give you 20 slots. Thats it
