Ico and SotC fetch massive prices at some places for some strange reason. When I traded in Shadow of the Collosus, it was worth 12 euro. More than a PS3 game.

Cheetor!  I own both SotC and Ico, thanks for reminding me about them!  Winter break from classes, I will revisit these classics.

You serious? After beating SotC once I got no more enjoyment from it. The puzzle element is gone, and I can't get that massive burst of emotion I did after my first kill.

Hard mode changes the puzzles up a bit, and the time trials added plenty o' replay for me.

14:45  @SilentB         ò "Because I eat too much meat."
14:46  @Celdia          ò Heresy. No such thing as 'too much meat'
14:47  @Celdia          ò One night with tithin would teach you that.

All I have to say is that if you own a PS3, Uncharted 2 is a must-buy.

Left 4 Dead 2 demo. Very fun, might have to but the full version.
Oh pitiful shadow lost in the darkness, bringing torment and pain to others. Oh damned soul wallowing in your sin, perhaps...it is time to die

Woot Tales Series for the win!

I'm still waiting for Phantasian Productions to release Tales of Phantasia before I play it on psx (though I played a lot of the SNES one back when the english patch was originally released). I'm very bad about finishing these games though. The only main series one I have fully completed is Tales of Destiny I think, and that took like 5 years.

???? You're not fine with the current translation? they should have released 1.01 at the very least for now. I played 1.00 a year ago.

Love what you're seeing? https://supportus.ffhacktics.com/ 💜 it's really appreciated

Anything is possible as long as it is within the hardware's limits. (ie. disc space, RAM, Video RAM, processor, etc.)
<R999> My target market is not FFT mod players
<Raijinili> remember that? it was awful

I'm kinda waiting for that Tales of Phantasia translation to come out full too. I played it on the gba, but got annoyed when training the ninjaa chick took longe than expected and stopped playing (I'm a weak person). I think Phantasian Productions only got the present done right now, but I'm quite hyped to play the game fully, they did some pretty awesome stuff on the patch.

Currently I'm playing FFT 1.3 easytype =P. I'm also playing Baldur's Gate II for the tenth or so time, I never tire of that game

OK, I've finally gotten around to getting my hands on a PSP compatible version of Vagrant Story, so I'll be playing it for the first time while traveling today.

currently addicted to Protector over at Kongregate.  It's a flash tower defense game with RPG elements; pretty kick ass.
Just another rebel plotting rebellion.

Believe it or not, VS is coming to the European PSN stores soon - finally we get a decent exclusive. Can't wait to put it on my PSP.

I'm currently hopping between GTA4, Red Alert 3, Resi 5 and Team Fortress 2. Also occasionally playing Oblivion, and looking for Unreal Tournament III PS3 mods. Yes, mods. On PS3.

I've been playing diablo 2 recently.

It has aged far better than most dungeon crawlers, but sheesh, it can be boring. Clear out a room of monsters, skip over all the dropped crap not worth selling to a vendor, repeat 1000 times. Then fight a stupidly overpowered boss at the end of the act. Repeat in a place with a different tileset.

It'd be a lot better if building your character was more engaging. I'm sure the skill tree and socketed items were huge innovations back in the day, but today they're just boring. Socketed items? Dark Cloud did that way better. Skill trees? World of warcraft did better, even.
